We are a busy Harvard dental practice providing care to our patients in various dental fields, and we are one of the top-rated dental offices in Harvard.
Familiarity with dental software, knowledge of dental terminology and codes, and knowledge of dental insurance is preferred.
A positive attitude, interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task is required.
We are looking for someone 3-5 days per week.
This position is for serious candidates only! Pay is commensurate with experience.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Scheduling patients Answering and routing phone calls Processing payments Billing Insurance verifications Discuss financial arrangements.
Offer and approve Care Credit if indicated.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
